Fin Seamless Tubes' Shape and Dimensions
The shape and dimensions of Fin Seamless Tubes must conform to the specifications in the drawings. This will be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser.

Fin Seamless Tube Dimensional Tolerances
The dimensional tolerances for fin seamless tubes shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
If the purchaser does not specify the level of dimensional tolerances for steel tubes in the contract, the dimensional tolerances for fin seamless tubes shall comply with the requirements for standard dimensional accuracy. If the purchaser requires high-level dimensional accuracy, this should be specified in the contract.
At the purchaser's request and through negotiation between the supplier and purchaser, fin seamless tubes with dimensional tolerances other than those specified in Table 1 may be supplied.

Fin Seamless Tube Edge Concavity
The edge convexity of fin seamless tubes shall comply with the requirements in Table 2.
If the purchaser does not specify the edge convexity level of the steel tube in the contract, the edge convexity of the steel tube shall comply with the requirements for standard precision. If the purchaser requires high-precision edge convexity, this should be specified in the contract.
At the purchaser's request and through negotiation between the supplier and purchaser, fin seamless tubes with edge convexity deviations other than those specified in Table 2 may be supplied.

Fin Seamless Tube Outer Corner Radius
The outer corner radius (R) of the end face of a fin seamless tube shall comply with the requirements in Table 3.

Fin Seamless Tube Curvature
The curvature of fin seamless tubes shall comply with the requirements in Table 4.
If the purchaser does not specify the curvature grade of the steel tube in the contract, the curvature of the steel tube shall comply with the requirements for standard grade precision. If the purchaser requires high grade precision, this should be specified in the contract.
Fin seamless tubes with outer fillet radii other than those specified in Table 4 may be supplied upon request and after negotiation between the supplier and purchaser.

High Grade ≤2.0 ≤0.2%L

Twist Value
Fin Seamless Tubes are not permitted to have significant twist.

Length
Typical Length
Typical lengths for Fin Seamless Tubes range from 2000mm to 9000mm.
Fin Seamless Tubes may be supplied in lengths other than the specified length, upon agreement between the supplier and the purchaser and as specified in the contract.

Cut Lengths and Multiple Lengths
Steel pipes may be delivered in cut lengths or multiple lengths, subject to negotiation and specification in the contract, based on the purchaser's requirements.
Cut lengths and multiple lengths should be within the standard length range. The allowable deviation for cut lengths is +/-15mm; the allowable deviation for total multiple lengths is +/-18mm. A 5mm to 10mm margin should be allowed for each multiple length.

Fin Seamless Tube End Profile
The end faces of the steel tube should be perpendicular to the tube axis, and any burrs on the cut should be removed.

Fin Seamless Tube Delivery Conditions
Fin Seamless Tubes are delivered in the cold-drawn state. Upon request from the purchaser, and subject to negotiation between the supplier and purchaser and specified in the contract, the steel tubes may be delivered in the heat-treated state.

Surface Quality of Fin Seamless Tubes
Cracks, folds, scars, folds, and delamination are not permitted on the internal and external surfaces of Fin Seamless Tubes. These defects must be completely removed to a depth not exceeding the negative deviation of the nominal wall thickness. The actual wall thickness at the site of removal must be no less than the minimum allowable wall thickness deviation.
Other localized defects not exceeding the negative deviation of the wall thickness are permitted.
Phosphate and lubricant deposits from the manufacturing process may be present on the internal and external surfaces of cold-worked steel pipes. Upon request from the purchaser, the supplier may, through negotiation between the purchaser and supplier, and with specific indication in the contract, treat these deposits.
